Q: What coverage is required when leasing a car?

A: If you're leasing a vehicle, the requirements are usually a bit higher than standard coverage. Q: How does a life insurance policy actually function?

A: Life insurance provides a payout to your beneficiaries if you pass away while the policy is active, helping offer financial protection. Serving St Louis and the surrounding area, Derek can help answer your questions.

Q: Do you have to have home insurance?

A: Whether homeowners insurance is required depends on your situation and may vary by state. If you have home financing, your lender will likely require it. Even if it's not required, many people choose to have coverage to help protect their home and everything that comes with it. Have questions? Derek in St Louis can walk you through your options.

Q: What exactly is renters insurance and how does it work?

A: Renters insurance is a simple way to help protect your personal belongings and provide liability coverage while you're renting. Since your landlord's policy typically covers the building itself, this type of coverage is designed to help protect you and the things you own. Derek works with St Louis residents to find coverage that fits.
