It was just how things were. Finally, when it was time to renew my car insurance, the perimum went down a bit, and either Kyle or Chris (my apologies, I don't remember which team member) called to inform me and he was genuinely excited for me. That kind of customer service helps so much when trying to navigate the insurance world, which can be exasperating. If you're looking for insurance, and you find his office in your search, give them a call."
